I have another activity book scan for you!
This time we have “mixed-up mazes” based on the classic film from the early days of arcades and personal computers, TRON.
I loved doing mazes as a kid. So much so that almost every page of this TRON book had been completed, which meant I had to spend a lot of time Photoshopping out my lines in order to get this one ready for you.
Unlike a lot of other activity books with mazes, I feel like they’re kind of on-brand here with TRON. The movie is a journey through a strange and unfamiliar land, so our heroes are wandering and trying to find their way. Plus, circuit boards, the canyons of the The Grid, and various other design elements used in the film make for good maze themes.
One note: Some of the two-page mazes don’t exactly line up very well, even in the original book. I’ve tried making things match where I can, but there are going to be some areas that are a little confusing. Sorry for that, but, like I said, it’s like that even in the book. But there are only a handful of these mazes, so hopefully it won’t ruin the fun.

I love mazes and Tron, so it’s fun to see these two together. Here’s hoping the new Tron movie being produced will be as good as “Tron: Legacy” from 2010. I wish Disney made a second season of “Tron: Uprising”
