Last year, I became oddly obsessed with drawing cassette tapes. I found a website – https://www.tapedeck.org/ – that is literally nothing but photographs of tapes. I was fascinated by the designs and kind of went nuts recreating/redesigning them in Procreate.
I wound up making a shirt of one of the most iconic designs of the 1990s and planned to do more, but just haven’t gotten around to it.
But as I was digging through Procreate last night to work on more trading card art, I rediscovered these tape drawings and I figured I’d share them. Enjoy!
